PIG BEACH BBQ RESTAURANT - MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT Minor (Level I) Amendment to the approved plans (Reference ISPR Case N o. 20-09) for the following changes: * Addition of a structural canopy and mesh screen for the smoker area located at the south end of the restaurant building. * Reconfigure the north parking area to remove a landscape island and reorientate the dumpster enclosure. * Add a new 12 ft. wide slab along the entire length of the west side of the building to provide outdoor seating for small groups. Per the a pplicant's Justification Statement (dated March 2, 2022), the new slab is not meant to provide additional seating for the restaurant, but to shift existing indoor seating outdoors (i.e. the 166 patron seats app roved for the project will remain unchanged). * Replace and relocate existing freestanding sign along South Dixie Hi ghway. * Eliminate the backup/turnaround space for delivery trucks due to a c onflict with existing utility poles/wires and relocation of the 10 ft. wide by 25 ft. long loading zone. * Minor landscape and civil modifications to address the above mention ed changes.
