PALM BEACH RIVERSTONE CPD - MINOR AMENDMENT A Minor Planned Development(PD)Amendment for the following: ? Reconfigure the surface and garage parking on Pod 2 (Multi-family Re sidential Site) and surface parking on Pod 3 (Hotel Site) to address i mproved site circulation. The reconfigured parking will increase the t otal parking provided on Pods 2 and 3 from 902 parking spaces to 905 p arking spaces. ? Addition of diamond landscape islands for the row of parking along t he west property line of Pod 2 to provide sufficient area to accommoda te the 8-foot high concrete wall, utility easement and perimeter lands caping requirements. ? Reallocate the unit mix and increase the building square footage of the multi-family residential building from 413,344 square feet to 416, 883 square feet (<5%) on Pod 3. The reallocation of units and building square footage adjustment will not increase the density nor will it i mpact the required parking for the residential building. ? Height reduction of the multi-family residential building on Pod 3 f rom 100 feet to 99.5 feet. ? Minor changes to the architectural treatment and entrance canopy of the multi-family residential building. ? Provide an additional loading area for Pod 3 (for a total of two loa ding zones).
