MITSUBISHI @ PALMS GATEWAY CPD - MINOR PD AMENDMENT A request to make the following changes in the approved Mitsubishi sit e plan: ? Move the east driveway 2 feet west on the property and modify the cu rb of the east driveway to eliminate any conflict with the existing ba ckflow preventer and water meter servicing the use on Tract #4. ? Reduce sidewalk at the northeast corner to 4 feet wide to make addit ional room for the existing backflow preventer. ? Shift retaining wall 5 feet west along the Australian Avenue frontag e to provide more room for the planting of trees on the inside of the wall. ? The addition of a steel cable barrier 5 feet within the planting are a on top of the wall along the west property line and in the southeast corner for additional security. ? Relocation of light pole fixtures. ? Resizing of the generator pad to accommodate the specified generator . ? Minor landscaping changes.
