MITSUBISHI MINOR AMENDMENT A Minor PD Amendment for the following changes to the Mitsubishi motor vehicle sales and service facility on Tract #3 of the CPD: * Increase in building size from 14,683 sq. ft. to 14,709 sq. ft. (inc rease in 26 sq. ft. or 1%) to accomodate an equipment room. * Modification to the outdoor storage area to resolve conflict with ve hicular circulation with the self-storage facility site (Tract #4). * Relocation of an electrical transformer. *Extended the retaining wall along the northwest corner of the site. * Minor landscaping changes.
