 ADDRESSED DURING ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 1. ENGINEER OF RECORD WORKED WITH STAFF AND PROVIDED AN
 INVERTED CROWN DRIVE AISLE BETWEEN THE WESTERN TWO
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURES. FOR ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL,
 STAFF IS REQUESTING THERE BE ESTABLISHED, BY WAY OF A
 SPOT GRADE, A HIGH POINT IN THE INVERTED CROWN BETWEEN
 THESE TWO STRUCTRUES TO ENSURE RUNOFF FROM THE WESTERN
 PARKING AREA AND DRIVE AISLE FLOWS TO THE WESTERN MOST
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURE.

 EXISTING CONDITIONS IN THE PREVIOUS TPS APPROVAL LETTER
 (#160704) ISSUED BY THE COUNTY AND DATED DECEMBER 14,
 2016 SHALL REMAIN VALID.
  
 2.) PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE FOR THE
 MITSUBISHI DEVELOPMENT ON TRACT #3, DOCUMENTATION THAT
 THE PROPOSED CHANGES TO POND 1 ON TRACTS 3 AND 4 HAS
 BEEN APPROVED BY THE REQUIRED PARTIES PURSUANT TO THE
 DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
 AND RECIPROCAL EASEMENT AGREEMENT RECORDED BEGINNING ON
 PAGE 1743 OF PALM BEACH COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK
 29483 SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 3.) PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERNATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
