The Water and Wastewater Service Agreements and the Construction Permi ts address reservation of capacity based on usage, meter size and fees , design standards, backflow prevention, fire service and irrigation. Provide peak flows and water & sewer calculations. As of December 20, 2015, the City of West Palm Beach Cross-Connection Control Manual has been revised, stating "All backflow devices must be lead-free". Proposed utility lines shall be shown by solid lines. Plans shall show proposed locations and dimensions of all water, storm water, and sanitary and sewer lines, including stubs to each property line for water and sanitary sewers, the make and model of all valves, meters, and others devices to be installed on the system, catch basins , culverts, ditches including grades, pipes sizes, materials, elevatio ns, assumptions, calculations, invert elevations for all inlets and ma nholes and profiles of sanitary sewer lines. All available elevation s hall be shown on the profile view. Direction of flow shall be shown on plan view on plan view for all sanitary and storm sewers. Plan view shall show all existing and proposed underground utility lay out, including fiber optic, electric, gas, and cablevision & telecommu nication facilities located on the right-of-way.
