RaceTrac is requesting a Major PD Amendment to remodel the exisiting b uilding in an attempt to create a more inviting, customer friendly atm osphere. It is proposed to add 653 SF of building area, resulting in a total building area of 3,647 SF. This additional square footage will allow for expanded restrooms and a new walk-in-freezer. The interior o f the building will be remodeled to create a more inviting configurati on. An outdoor seating area is also proposed on the west side of the b uilding.
