Minor PD Amendment for the following changes: 1.) Overall BW-Australian & Belvedere CPD: - Extension of the right-turn lane along Belvedere Road to meet the m inimum length requirement of 330 feet requested by the Palm Beach Coun ty Traffic Division. - Elimination of the previously approved western access point along Be lvedere Road in order to accommodate the minimum distance requirement for the right-turn lane requested by County. - Addition of a median/pork chop at the access drive along Belvedere R oad to impede vehicles from making a left-turn from the site onto Belv edere Road. - Modifications to the interior circulation of the Planned Development (PD). - Additional dedication of right-of-way along Belvedere Road and Austr alian Avenue from 0.11 acres (4,736 sq. ft.) to 0.29 acres (12,441 sq. ft.). - Modifications to the landscaping, placement of light fixtures, and t he size and shape of all detention areas to accommodate the changes wi thin the planned development. WaWa Convenience Store and Gas Station Project Site: - Elimination of 12 parking spaces, from 77 parking spaces to 65 parki ng spaces, and the relocation of the air machine further south of the eastern parking lot area from the previously approved site plan. - Relocation of the 22,000 gallon underground fuel tank to the north s ide of the pad area.
