 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PLANS, AND PROVIDE
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO INDICATE THE 5
 FOOT BUFFER LOCATED AT THE EDGE OF THE PROPERTY ON THE
 WAWA LOT ON THE EAST SIDE, AND SHOW HEDGES AND TREES IN
 THE BUFFER AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 94-443.
  
 2. UPDATE DATA TABLE TO INCLUDE THE LENGTH OF THE
 BUFFERS AND REQUIRED TREES AND SHRUBS.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE LANDSCAPING AND SCREENING FOR THE
 UTILITY VALVES AND FPL TRANSFORMER AT THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE WAWA PARCEL.
  
 4. PLEASE MOVE THE MAHOGANY TREES TO THE WAWA BUFFER
 OUT OF THE AREA THAT WILL BE A FUTURE SITE PLAN.
