CHARLESTON COMMONS II Major Planned Development (PD) Amendment to add 125 townhouse units on 9.69 acres known as Phase II of the Charleston Commons RPD, minor mod ifications to Phase I, including the removal of two (2) units (from 11 6 units to 114 units), the addition of: a guardhouse at the entrance, walking path, fifteen (15) parking spaces in the common area; and the relocation of the pool and cabana to Phase II.
