DRM ESTATES FUEL STATION & CONVENIENCE STORE Class B Special Use Permit for Motor Vehicle Sales (no services) and a ccessory convenience store was approved by the ZBA on 4/10/14 with the following conditions: a. Hours of operation for fuel sales and convenience store items shall be no greater than 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight). b. Prior to issuance of a Business Tax Receipt for operation of motor vehicle fuel sales and accessory convenience store at 805 Southern Bo ulevard, the applicant shall obtain final Informal Site Plan approval and complete the site improvements. Three (3) waivers were also granted which included (1) distance from a residential zoning district, (2) setbacks from a right-of-way, and (3 ) hours of operation. Details are provided in the staff report. Site Plan approval was granted 4/15/14.
