HANLEY CENTER - MAC BUILDING. (FORMERLY HILLCREST MANOR). Major PD Amendment to establish a new master plan - Hanley Center Main Admissions Campus - was approved by Res. 258-13 (incl. Ord. 4490-13) on November 12, 2014. Appproval was for phased development of a Type V Group Home limited to 60 beds. Phase I consists of a 59,728 sq. ft. b uilding and Phase I consists of a 16,000 sq. ft. building. Associated site plan for Phase I was approved September 24, 2014. The approval letter contains the conditions of approval in addition to any conditions listed in Res. 258-13.
