 TRUCK AND/OR SERVICE VEHICLES DRIVING IN AND OUT OF THE

 OF METERED STALLS THAT ARE BEING REMOVED OR RELOCATED,

 11) SATISFIED. ARE THERE ANY GATES PROPOSED? IF SO,
 CLEARLY SHOWCASE THE REQUIRED 20 FEET SETBACK DISTANCE
 FROM THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK
 12) SATISFIED. FOR SAFETY AND OPERATIONAL PURPOSES, NO
 NEW ON-STREET PARKING STALLS ADJACENT TO THE BIKE LANE
 AND IN THE PROXIMITY OF AN INTERSECTION SHALL BE

 ONE. MOREOVER, THE EASTERN DRIVEWAY NEEDS TO BE 125
 FEET AWAY FROM THE INTERSECTION, PER FDOT CORNER
 CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT. PLEASE SHOWCASE SUCH DISTANCE IN
 THE TRANSPORTATION PLAN. LATEST RESUBMISSION DOES NOT
 SHOW THE REQUIRED (AND REQUESTED) 125 FEET CORNER
 CLEARANCE DISTANCE
 15) SATISFIED. THE ALLEY MUST BE DESIGNATED ONE-WAY

 HWY INTERSECTION. EXISTING PAVEMENT MARKINGS ARE
 SHOWING A SLIGHT KINK TO ACCOMMODATE 10-FEET TRAVEL
 LANES. PROPOSED SITE PLANS SHOW A STRAIGHTENING OF THE
 DOUBLE-YELLOW LINES, WHICH MAY NOT BE FEASIBLE DUE TO
