 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE LOT SQUARE FOOTAGE AND OPEN
 SPACE CALCULATIONS ON THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN AND
 MAKE SURE THEY ARE CONSISTENT. INDICATE IF LOT SQUARE
 FOOTAGE IS FOR THE ENTIRE PARCEL OR EACH PHASE. IF
 PROPOSING A SEPARATE LOT, LANDSCAPE BUFFERS MUST BE
 PROVIDED ALONG ALL LOT LINES.
  
 2. SATISFIED. SHOW THE CALCULATIONS FOR MINIMUM SHADE
 TREE AND FLOWERING TREE REQUIREMENTS PER SECTION
 94-443(C)(2)B. BASED ON REQUIRED OPEN SPACE OF 40%.
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS A DIFFERENT NUMBER FROM THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 3. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF REQUIRED
 10 FOOT AND 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ON THE SITE PLAN
 AND LANDSCAPE PLAN PER SECTION 94-443(D) FOR THE ENTIRE
 PARCEL. THE CONSTRUCTION MAY NEED TO BE PHASED FOR THE
 FINAL INSTALLATION OF THE BUFFERS.
 EAST BUFFER IS 133 FT REQUIRING 5 TREES
 WEST BUFFER MUST BE INCLUDED, CAN BE OUTSIDE
 MAINTENANCE EASEMENT. 84.83 FEET REQUIRES 3 TREES.
 SOUTH BUFFER IS 369.26 FEET, REQUIRES 13 TREES.
  
  
 4. SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL PROPOSED WATER,
 SEWER AND DRAINAGE LINES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
  
 5. SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATIONS OF FPL TRANSFORMER ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
 PROVIDE SCREENING.
 TRANSFORMER WAS NOT LOCATED.
  
  
 6. SATISFIED. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 VALVES AND EQUIPMENT. LOCATIONS OF BACKFLOWS NEEDS TO
 BE SHOWN.
  
 7. SATISFIED. FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS TAKEN FOR
 ADDITIONAL TREES IN PARKING AREA, COULD NOT VERIFY.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 4/30/21:
  
 8. SATISFIED HEDGE MUST BE PROVIDED ON THE 3 NON ACCESS
 SIDES OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. NOT SATISFIED PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF
 ANY TREES ON THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
