 2021 CIVIL PLANS.
  
 1. [SATISFIED] THE CITY'S VERTICAL DATUM IS NATIONAL
 GEODETIC VERTICAL DATUM OF 1929. THE CITY HAS ALLOWED
 THE USE OF NAVD1988 PROVIDED THE CONVERSION TO NGVD1929
 IS PROVIDED. ADD THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO THE SURVEY.
  
 2. [NOT SATISFIED] EACH SHEET WITH ELEVATION
 INFORMATION SHALL LIST THE VERTICAL DATUM AND THE
 CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929. ADD TO SHEET 5.
  
 3. [SATISFIED] REMOVE THE NORTH DRIVEWAY APRON ON
 ELECTRONICS WAY. GRADE THE SWALE TO DRAIN FROM THE

 B. INDICATE IF THE 13.10 SPOT GRADE NORTH OF THE SOUTH
 DRIVEWAY IS TO BE AT THE EDGE OF THE NEW DRIVEWAY OR
 EXISTING DRIVEWAY THAT IS BEING REMOVED.
 C. SHOW SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT WHERE WATER AND/OR SEWER
 SERVICES CROSS THE SIDEWALK. REPLACEMENT SHALL BE TO
 NEAREST JOINT.
 D. LABEL THE DRAINAGE CONTROL STRUCTURE, WEIR
 ELEVATION, BLEEDER INVERT ELEVATION.
 E. SHOW LOCATION OF PERIMETER BERM.
  
 17. SHEET 5 CROSS SECTIONS
 A. SECTION A-A - LABEL THE ITEM ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE
 SECTION. IF A FENCE, SHOW IT ON THE ENGINEERING PLAN.
 B. SECTION C-C - SWALE ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING IS
 SHOWN ABOVE THE FFE.
 C. SECTION D-D - PARKING STALL ON THE RIGHT IS
 DIMENSIONED AS 18' WITH 2' OVERHANG. ENGINEERING PLAN
 SHOWS 16' PARKING STALL AND 2' OVERHANG. WHEEL STOP IS
 NOT REQUIRED IF CURB IS PROVIDED FOR 16' PARKING
 STALLS.
 D. SECTION E-E - IT APPEARS THE ASPHALT DRIVEWAY WILL
 EXTEND INTO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE CONCRETE SIDEWALK
 SHOULD BE AT THE RIGHT OF WAY LINE/PROPERTY LINE.
 E. SECTION E-E - CLARIFY IF THE ENTIRE 5' WIDE SIDEWALK
 IS TO BE AT 2% SLOPE.
 F. SECTION E-E - CHECK TO SEE IF THE DRIVEWAY APRON
 SLOPES OF 5% WILL CAUSE CARS TO DRAG THEIR BUMPERS.
 G. SHOW AND LABEL PERIMETER BERMS ON THE SECTIONS IF
 APPLICABLE.
 H. DIMENSION LOCATION OF FENCE FROM THE PROPERTY LINE
 ON THE SECTIONS.
