2021-03-10 22:36:19THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE CITY'S VERTICAL DATUM IS NATIONAL GEODETIC
 VERTICAL DATUM OF 1929. THE CITY HAS ALLOWED THE USE OF
 NAVD1988 PROVIDED THE CONVERSION TO NGVD1929 IS
 PROVIDED. ADD THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO THE SURVEY.
  
 2. EACH SHEET WITH ELEVATION INFORMATION SHALL LIST THE
 VERTICAL DATUM AND THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929.
 ADD TO SHEET 5.
  
 3. REMOVE THE NORTH DRIVEWAY APRON ON ELECTRONICS WAY.
 GRADE THE SWALE TO DRAIN FROM THE SOUTH DRIVEWAY APRON
 TO THE CATCH BASIN ON THE CORNER. THE SOUTH DRIVEWAY
 APRON MAY REQUIRE TO HAVE SWALE SECTION.
  
 4. REMOVE THE CURB LINES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE SIDEWALK
 ACROSS THE SOUTH DRIVEWAY.
  
 5. PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FROM THE PHASE 2 LINE TO THE
 WEST BUILDING FACE AND FROM THE NORTH, SOUTH AND EAST
 PROPERTY LINES TO THE BUILDING FACE.
  
 6. IT'S NOT CLEAR BY THE PROPOSED GRADES HOW THE SOUTH
 PARKING SPACES WILL DRAIN TO THE SWALE.
  
 7. ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS, CHANGE THE NAME OF THE
 STREET NORTH OF THE SITE FROM 27TH PLACE TO 27TH
 STREET.
  
 8. THE SITE IS WITHIN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA AND
 THE FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 2 FEET OF FREEBOARD ABOVE THE
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATION.
  
 9. CONSIDER REDUCING THE DEPTH OF THE PARKING SPACES BY
 2 FEET AND PROVIDE 2 FEET OF GRASS OVERHANG.
  
 10. CHANGE DRY RETENTION AREA TO DRY DETENTION AREA.
  
 11. SHOULD THE PHASE 2 LINE INCLUDE THE DRY DETENTION
 AREA?
  
 12. INCLUDE FLOATING TURBIDITY BARRIER AROUND THE
 OUTFALL IN THE CANAL.
  
 13. THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS TO BE DESIGNED
 TO MEET SFWMD ERP CRITERIA FOR WATER QUALITY TREATMENT
 AND PEAK FLOW ATTENUATION.
  
 14. RECOMMEND DOING A CONDITION ASSESSMENT ON THE
 OUTFALL PIPE TO THE CANAL, ESPECIALLY IF THE PIPE
 MATERIAL IS CMP.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION MAY
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
