 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PROVIDE THE LOT SQUARE FOOTAGE AND OPEN SPACE
 CALCULATIONS ON THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN AND MAKE
 SURE THEY ARE CONSISTENT. INDICATE IF LOT SQUARE
 FOOTAGE IS FOR THE ENTIRE PARCEL OR EACH PHASE. IF
 PROPOSING A SEPARATE LOT, LANDSCAPE BUFFERS MUST BE
 PROVIDED ALONG ALL LOT LINES.
  
 2. SHOW THE CALCULATIONS FOR MINIMUM SHADE TREE AND
 FLOWERING TREE REQUIREMENTS PER SECTION 94-443(C)(2)B.
 BASED ON REQUIRED OPEN SPACE OF 40%. LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWS A DIFFERENT NUMBER FROM THE SITE PLAN.
  
 3. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF REQUIRED 10 FOOT AND 5 FOOT
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ON THE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN
 PER SECTION 94-443(D) FOR THE ENTIRE PARCEL. THE
 CONSTRUCTION MAY NEED TO BE PHASED FOR THE FINAL
 INSTALLATION OF THE BUFFERS.
  
 4. SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL PROPOSED WATER, SEWER AND
 DRAINAGE LINES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
  
 5. SHOW LOCATIONS OF FPL TRANSFORMER ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING. PROVIDE
 SCREENING.
  
  
 6. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED VALVES AND
 EQUIPMENT. LOCATIONS OF BACKFLOWS NEEDS TO BE SHOWN.
  
 7. FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS TAKEN FOR ADDITIONAL TREES
 IN PARKING AREA, COULD NOT VERIFY.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
