 DECEMBER 30, 2020
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. INCLUDE ALL CALCULATIONS FOR THE NORTH
 BUFFER PORTION ON THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT CHART.
  
 2. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. INCLUDE ANY EXISTING TREES OR
 LANDSCAPE ON THE PLANT LIST IDENTIFYING THE SPECIES AND
 SHOW AS EXISTING. THIS INCLUDES THE NORTH BUFFER. ALL
 MATERIAL WITHIN THE PROPERTY LINE MUST BE INCLUDED.
  
 EXISTING TREES AND SHRUBS WITHIN THE PROPERTY LINE NEED
 TO BE INTEGRATED INTO THE PLANT SCHEDULE ON SHEET L-2.1
 AND LABELED AS EXISTING ON SITE.
 REMOVE ALL LISTING OF PLANT MATERIAL OUTSIDE THE
 PROPERTY LINE FROM THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE WEST AND
 SOUTH BUFFERS ARE NOT REQUIRED PER THE APPROVED PD
 WAIVER FOR INTERNAL PROPERTY LINE BUFFERS.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PROVIDE EXPLANATION FOR TAKING POINTS FOR
 EXTRA TREES IN PARKING AREA. STAFF DOES NOT FIND THE
 ADDITIONAL TREES ADJACENT TO PARKING SPACES. UPDATE THE
 FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE CHART. USE ANY NATIVE TREES
 TO GAIN POINTS.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENT 12/30/20:
 4. REMOVE REFERENCES TO PB COUNTY CODE AND ALL CALIPER
 AND CANOPY REFERENCES FROM THE EXISTING TREE
 DISPOSITION CHART ON SHEET L-1.01. ALSO CHANGE STREET
 TREE IN THE COMMENTS COLUMN TO BUFFER TREE FOR TREES 2
 THROUGH 7. TREE #1 IS OFF SITE SO SHOULD BE LABELED AS
 SUCH.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
