 THROUGHOUT THE SITE. THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY
 PROVIDING A SIDEWALK CONNECTION FROM GREENWOOD AVENUE
 TO CONNECT TO EXISTING SIDEWALKS, ADDING STRATEGICALLY
 PLACED LINKS, AND BY STRIPING CROSSWALKS INTERNAL TO
 THE SITE. THERE SHOULD ALSO BE A DESIGNATED PEDESTRIAN
 ROUTE BETWEEN THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED BUILDING TO
 ACCOMMODATE INTERNAL PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION AND ACCESS
 BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS
  
 ---EXPAND THE SIDEWALK ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 PROPOSED BUILDING TO 7 FEET, CONSISTENT WITH THE
 SIDEWALK ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING
  
 ---RELOCATE THE PROPOSED CHAIN LINK FENCE TO ALONG THE
 PROPERTY LINE AND PROVIDE LANDSCAPE SCREENING
  
 ---STAFF SUPPORTS A THOUGHTFUL CONSIDERATION OF WHERE
 THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE SITE.
 FOR EXAMPLE, THE REQUIRED TREES ON THE NORTHERN BUFFER
 OF THE SITE CAN BE STAGGERED AT INTERVALS ON EITHER
 SIDE OF THE ROAD TO FRAME THE NEW ACCESS ROAD, AND
 PROVIDE A FOCAL POINT FOR THE ACCESS ROAD
  
 ---STAFF SUPPORTS ADDING ARCHITECTURAL
 FEATURES/EMBELLISHMENT ON THE PROPOSED BUILDING,
 PARTICULARLY THE EAST ELEVATION, WHICH COMPLEMENT THE
 EXISTING ARCHITECTURE OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AND
 ENHANCE THE SITE

 (15) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5 INCHES X

 ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE CHANGES ON
 THE RESUBMITTED PLAN MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.

 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
