 1. VERIFY SITE DISTANCE FOR VEHICLES COMING DOWN FROM
 THE GARAGE RAMP LOOKING SOUTH TOWARDS THE DRIVEWAY ON
 GARDENIA STREET. CONSIDER REDUCING THE AISLE WIDTH
 BETWEEN THE VALET AREA AND THE ELECTRIC ROOM 2 TO 20
 FEET AND MOVE THE STOP BAR TO THE WEST TO IMPROVE SITE
 DISTANCE.
 2. DRIVEWAYS SHOULD MAINTAIN THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION.
 THE SIDEWALK CROSSINGS ACROSS DRIVEWAYS SHOULD MAINTAIN
 THE SAME WIDTH AS THE SIDEWALK, BUT SHOULD BE NO LESS
 THAN 5 FEET IF CONSTRAINED AT THE CROSSINGS.
 3. PLEASE CLARIFY HOW THE UNGATED PORTION OF THE
 PARKING GARAGE BE ENFORCED TO ALLOW ONLY VISITOR AND
 EMPLOYEE PARKING. PARKING ON FLOORS 1 THROUGH 4 ARE
 UNRESTRICTED AS SHOWN IN THE ARCHITECTURE PLAN.
 4. PROVIDE ON-STREET PARKING SPACES ON THE NORTH SIDE
 OF GARDENIA STREET. THESE SPACES WOULD BE METERED BY
 THE CITY. THE PARKING SPACES COULD BE PLACED WHERE THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE AREA IS, AND SHADE TREES SHOULD BE
 PLACED BETWEEN AT MOST 2 CONSECUTIVE PARKING SPACES.
 STRAIGHTEN THE CURB ON THE NORTH SIDE OF GARDENIA
 STREET EAST TO DIXIE HIGHWAY, AND EXPAND THE CURB
 EXTENSION ON THE SOUTH SIDE FOR PROTECTION TO THE
 EXISTING PARKING SPACES.
 CONDITIONS:
 1. REPLACE OR RESET THE EXISTING PAVERS AT THE
 INTERSECTION OF GARDENIA STREET AND DIXIE HIGHWAY.
 2. ALL PEDESTRIAN CURB RAMPS SHOULD BE IMPROVED TO MEET
 ADA REQUIREMENTS.
 3. PROVIDE EASEMENT FOR PORTION OF SIDEWALK OUTSIDE
 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. ALONG QUADRILLE BOULEVARD, PROVIDE
 SIDEWALK EASEMENT SUCH THAT THE TOTAL SIDEWALK WIDTH IS
 AT LEAST 12 FEET.
 4. PROVIDE MARKED CROSSWALKS ACROSS THE ALLEY ON
 QUADRILLE BOULEVARD AND DIXIE HIGHWAY, AND ACROSS
 GARDENIA STREET ON QUADRILLE BOULEVARD.
 5. PROVIDE ONE-WAY SIGN ON THE EAST SIDE OF DIXIE
 HIGHWAY FACING EASTBOUND TRAFFIC FROM THE ALLEY AT THE
 INTERSECTION OF DIXIE HIGHWAY AND ALLEY.
