| ASSUMES 200 HOTEL ROOMS AND 146 RESIDENTIAL UNITS. |
| PLEASE REVISE. |
| 2. IN THE PROJECT TRAFFIC DISTRIBUTION FIGURE, PLEASE |
| VERIFY THE OUTBOUND TRIP PERCENTAGE LABELED 24% ON |
| QUADRILLE BOULEVARD BETWEEN THE ALLEY AND FERN STREET. |
| IT APPEARS THAT THIS MIGHT BE 28%. ALSO, INDICATE THE |
| PERCENTAGE OF TRIPS USING THE ALLEY. |
| 3. IN THE INTERSECTION VOLUME ANALYSIS SHEET AT |
| GARDENIA STREET AND QUADRILLE BOULEVARD, THE NORTHBOUND |
| RIGHT-TURN SHOULD HAVE INBOUND TRIPS INSTEAD OF |
| OUTBOUND TRIPS. PLEASE VERIFY AND REVISE. |

| 11. ALL PEDESTRIAN CURB RAMPS SHOULD BE IMPROVED TO |
| MEET ADA REQUIREMENTS. |
| 12. PROVIDE MARKED CROSSWALKS ACROSS THE ALLEY ON |
| QUADRILLE BOULEVARD AND DIXIE HIGHWAY, AND ACROSS |
| GARDENIA STREET ON QUADRILLE BOULEVARD. |
| 13. PROVIDE ONE-WAY SIGN FOR EASTBOUND TRAFFIC AT THE |
| INTERSECTION OF DIXIE HIGHWAY AND ALLEY. |
| 14. REDISTRIBUTE OR PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PUBLIC BICYCLE |
| PARKING SPACES EVENLY ALONG THE SITE FRONTAGE ON DIXIE |
| HIGHWAY, GARDENIA STREET AND QUADRILLE BOULEVARD, AND |
| CONSIDER PROVIDING BIKE CORRAL NEAR THE OPEN SPACE FOR |
| PUBLIC USE. |
