 2. PROVIDE TRIP DISTRIBUTION WITHIN THE RADIUS OF
 INFLUENCE PER PALM BEACH COUNTY TPS.
 3. PROVIDE A TRAFFIC CIRCULATION ANALYSIS AT THE
 FOLLOWING INTERSECTIONS:
 O QUADRILLE BOULEVARD/FERN STREET
 O QUADRILLE BOULEVARD/GARDENIA STREET
 O QUADRILLE BOULEVARD/HIBISCUS STREET
 O QUADRILLE BOULEVARD/LAKEVIEW AVENUE
 O QUADRILLE BOULEVARD/OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 O DIXIE HIGHWAY/GARDENIA STREET
 4. SOME PARKING SPACES, SUCH AS PARKING SPACES #7 AND
 #33 ON SHEET A-1.1, SPACE #71 ON SHEET A-1.2, AND
 SIMILAR PARKING SPACES IN UPPER LEVELS, DO NOT MEET THE
 24-FOOT DRIVE AISLE REQUIREMENT. CONVERT THESE SPACES
 TO THE DEDICATED PULL-IN AREA FOR TURNAROUND AS
 REQUIRED PER CITY CODE SECTION 94-111. ALSO, A MINIMUM
 THREE-FOOT BACK UP AREA SHALL BE PROVIDED AT THE
 TERMINUS OF ANY DEAD-END DRIVE AISLE TO ALLOW FOR
 VEHICLES TO SAFELY PULL OUT OF THE END PARKING SPACES
 IN ADDITION TO THE TURNAROUND SPACE.
 5. SOME PARKING SPACES, SUCH AS PARKING SPACES #1 AND
 #6 ON SHEET A-1.1, SPACE #39 ON SHEET A-1.2, AND
 SIMILAR PARKING SPACES IN UPPER LEVELS ARE ADJACENT TO
 A WALL OR OTHER PHYSICAL OBSTRUCTION. THE PARKING STALL
 WIDTHS SHALL BE INCREASED BY A MINIMUM OF ONE FOOT PER
 CITY CODE SECTION 94-111.
 6. ON SHEET A-1.1, IS THE HATCH AREA OUTSIDE THE
 RESTAURANT DOOR NEAR PARKING SPACE #7 DRIVABLE AREA? IF
 SO, CONSIDER PROVIDING RAISED AREA TO PREVENT VEHICLES
 BACKING INTO THE RESTAURANT DOOR.
 7. ON SHEET A-1.1, THE LANDSCAPE STORAGE ROOM DOOR
 SHOULD SWING INSIDE, NOT ONTO THE DRIVE AISLE.
 8. PER CITY CODE SECTION 94-111, ALL PARKING STRUCTURE
 ENTRANCES FACING A STREET FRONTAGE SHALL BE REQUIRED TO
 TREAT THE INTERIOR PORTION OF THE GARAGE ENTRY TO A
 DEPTH OF AT LEAST 20 FEET FROM THE BUILDING FACADE.
 9. CONSIDER REDUCING THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES TO
 THE MINIMUM REQUIRED BY CODE.
 10. CLARIFY THE PARKING ARRANGEMENT GIVEN THE HOTEL
 VALET/DROP-OFF AREA ON THE THIRD LEVEL. IS THE PARKING
 GARAGE GATED? IS TAXI/UBER/LYFT PICK-UP/DROP-OFF ALSO
 ON THE THIRD LEVEL OF THE GARAGE? WOULD VEHICLES BE
 CHARGED FOR PICK-UP/DROP-OFF INSIDE THE GARAGE?
 11. PROVIDE STOP BARS, STOP SIGNS AND DO NOT ENTER
 SIGNAGE AT THE EXIT OF THE HOTEL VALET/DROP-OFF AREA.
 12. PROVIDE AUTOTURN EXHIBITS ILLUSTRATING VEHICULAR
 CIRCULATION IN THE HOTEL VALET/DROP-OFF AREA, INCLUDING
 ANY U-TURN MANEUVER.
 13. PROVIDE STOP SIGNS AND STOP BARS TO CLARIFY
 RIGHT-OF-WAY OF VEHICULAR MOVEMENTS INSIDE THE GARAGE,
 AS APPLICABLE.
 14. INCLUDE THE REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING SPACES IN THE
 SITE DATA TABLE ON SHEET A-1.0 AND PROVIDE BICYCLE
 PARKING PER CITY CODE 94-111.
 15. PROVIDE AUTOTURN EXHIBITS SHOWING DELIVERY TRUCK
 PATHS, GARBAGE TRUCK PATHS, AND PASSENGER CARS
 ACCESSING THE ALLEY ENTRANCE. THE DELIVERY TRUCK AND
 GARBAGE TRUCK PATHS SHOULD START FROM DIXIE HIGHWAY
 THROUGH THE ALLEY TO QUADRILLE BOULEVARD, OR VICE
 VERSA. THE PASSENGER CAR PATHS SHOULD INCLUDE ALL
 MOVEMENTS AT THE ALLEY ENTRANCE.
 16. CONSIDER DEDICATING SPACE TO WIDEN ALLEY FOR
 SERVICE VEHICLE ACCESS.
 17. CITY CODE SECTION 94-312 ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF 1
 ACCESS POINT ONTO EACH RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MULTIPLE USE
 DEVELOPMENT OF LESS THAN 300 REQUIRED PARKING SPACES.
 HOWEVER, 3 ACCESS POINTS ARE PROVIDED ALONG THE ALLEY.
 18. THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT ON THE CIVIL PLAN (NEAR
 DIXIE HIGHWAY) IS DIFFERENT THAN THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE
 REVISE.
 19. PROVIDE SIGHT DISTANCE ON THE ALLEY AND GARDENIA
 STREET AT QUADRILLE BOULEVARD PER FDOT REQUIREMENT.
 VERIFY IF THE TREE SPACING ALONG QUADRILLE BOULEVARD
 MEETS FDOT REQUIREMENTS.
 20. DIMENSION THE WIDTH OF SIDEWALKS.
 21. PROVIDE A SIDEWALK WIDTH OF AT LEAST 12 FEET ALONG
 QUADRILLE BOULEVARD.
 22. PROVIDE EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK OUTSIDE PUBLIC
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 23. PROPOSE TDM MEASURES TO BE IMPLEMENTED AS PART OF
 THE DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
 O UNBUNDLED PARKING/PARKING CASH-OUT PROGRAM
 O TRANSIT PASS SUBSIDY
 O CONTRIBUTION TO CITY TROLLEY FUND
 O BIKESHARE AND MICROMOBILITY FACILITIES ON-SITE
