 1.) ANY CHANGES TO THE PLANS SHALL BE REFLECTED IN ALL
 PLANS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) PLEASE MOVE LIGHT POLE FIXTURE OUT OF THE 2 FT.
 OVERHANG WHERE POSSIBLE WITHOUT ENCROACHING INTO THE
 REQUIRED SETBACK AND/OR IMPACTING PROPOSED LANDSCAPING
 WITHIN THE PROJECT. THERE SEEMS TO BE ONE LIGHT POLE
 FIXTURE THAT CAN BE MOVED OUT OF THE 2 FT. CURB
 OVERHANG.
  
 2.) PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR THE INGRESS/EGRESS AT
 THE PROPERTY LINE ON SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 3.) THERE ARE TWO (2) NOTATIONS FOR "EXISTING SIGN B"
 IN SHEET SP-1. ONE OF THE ARROWS POINT TO AN EXISTING
 HYDRANT. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4.) PLEASE DIMENSION ALL PARKING ISLANDS.
  
 5.) PER THE SURVEY, THERE IS AN EXISTING VAULT AT THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY. THE PLANS INDICATE
 THAT THIS VAULT IS TO REMAIN. PLEASE IDENTIFY AND
 NOTATE IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS (FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATIONS):
  
 1.) ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL TREATMENT TO THE NORTH
 (SOUTHERN BOULEVARD) AND WEST (SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY)
 FACADES CAN BE PROVIDED TO IMPROVE THE AESTHETICS OF
 THE PROPOSED BUILDING AND ENHANCE THE CORNER OF
 SOUTHERN AND DIXIE. IT SEEMS THAT THESE FACADES HAVE
 BEEN STRIPPED OF SOME ARCHITECTURAL TREATMENT/DETAILS
 FROM THE LAST SUBMITTAL (I.E. SHUTTERS, BANDING,
 WAINSCOTING, ETC.). PLEASE ADDRESS. THE ARCHITECT MAY
 WANT TO DISCUSS WITH STAFF THE OPTIONS OF IMPROVING
 THESE FACADES.
  
 SIGNAGE COMMENTS:
  
 1.) SIGN CALCULATIONS PROVIDED IN SHEET A2.0 ARE
 INCORRECT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FRONT FACADE (PRIMARY
 ENTRANCE) IS THE SOUTH FACADE, WHICH MEANS, THE MAXIMUM
 SIGN AREA IS 100% SET FORTH IN ZLDR S.94-409. ALL OTHER
 FACADES ARE SECONDARY. PLEASE REVISED SIGN AREA
 CALCULATIONS TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE ZLDRS.
  
 2.) SHOW A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE ON THE ANGLED
 FACADE TO ILLUSTRATE THE CALCULATION OF THE SIGN AREA.
 THIS IS MISSING FROM THE PLAN SET.
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF
 FIFTEEN (15) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5
 INCHES X 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17
 INCHES, AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY
 RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
