 1. THERE ARE SEVERAL UN-SHADED BOXES ON THE SITE PLAN
 DEPICTING LOCATIONS WHERE THERE ARE UNENCLOSED COVERED
 AREAS. PLEASE UPDATE THE SITE PLAN AND ADD
 CROSSHATCHING.
  
 2. 1,745 SQUARE FOOT AREA LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
 PROPOSED VOLVO BUILDING IS DEPICTED AS ENCLOSED SQUARE
 FOOTAGE, BUT IS INSTEAD AN UNENCLOSED DRIVE THOUGH.
  
 3. FOR DEPICTING REQUIRED PARKING FOR THE ENTIRE SITE
 IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE SQUARE FOOTAGE/NUMBER OF
 BAYS IS LISTED SEPARATELY FOR EACH BUILDING, THEN TOTAL
 AMOUNTS OF SQUARE FOOTAGE/NUMBER OF BAYS IS TOTALED FOR
 EACH USE TYPE TO SIMPLIFY HOW THE REQUIRED PARKING IS
 DETERMINED.
  
 4. PLEASE REVIEW AND REVISE THE AREA OF THE PREVIOUS
 MARCUS JEWELERS BUILDING. PLAN INDICATES THIS AREA AS
 REQUIRED PARKING, BUT IT IS DISPLAY AREA. ADDITIONALLY,
 REVIEW THE CUSTOMER PARKING AREA NORTH OF THE DISPLAY
 PARKING AS ONE OR TWO SPACES COUNTED ARE ACTUALLY TO BE
 STRIPED FOR TURN AROUND.
  
 5. PLEASE REVISE THE PARKING CALCULATION FOR THE
 SERVICE BAYS - THE PARKING CALCULATION IS 1 SPACE PER 3
 BAYS RATHER THAN 3 SPACES PER 1 BAY.
  
 6. INDICATE THE AREAS ON THE PLAN THAT ARE INCLUDED IN
 THE CALCULATION FOR 'OUTDOOR STORAGE/DISPLAY'.
  
 7. THE PARKING CALCULATION FOR THE EXISTING
 HABITAT/TREE OF LIFE PLAZA IS 1 PER 300 SF PER THE
 ORIGINAL PLAN. (NOTE: ANY NEW SQUARE FOOTAGE WILL HAVE
 ITS PARKING DETERMINED BASED ON THE USE PROPOSED FOR
 THE SPACE.)
  
 8. INCLUDE A NOTE FOR BUILDINGS M AND L THAT
 TRANSPORTATION CONCURRENCY IS STILL REQUIRED FOR THEIR
 CONSTRUCTION (THIS IS PER NOTES ON PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
 PLAN.) THERE MAY ALSO BE SOME ADDITIONAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE/SERVICE BAYS ADJACENT TO THE OLD HUMMER SITE
 BASED ON 2005 PLAN, BUT ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 9. THE CHART APPEARS TO HAVE TWO COLUMNS CALCULATING '1
 CAR PER 1,500 SF OUTDOOR DISPLAY PARKING'. WHAT IS THE
 DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COLUMNS?
  
 10. FOR BUILDING K ARE THE SQUARE FOOTAGES OF 2,287 AND
 2,959 BOTH PART OF THE STRIVE BAYS OR PARTS/SHOWROOM?
  
 11. DOES THE OLD HUMMER BUILDING HAVE ANY SERVICE BAYS?
 2003/2005 PLAN INDICATED THERE WERE 23 FOR THAT
 BUILDING.
  
 12. IN THE LIST OF BUILDINGS INCLUDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 OF THE SERVICE AREAS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY OR
 OTHERWISE CALL OUT ON THE SITE PLAN WHERE THE SERVICE
 BAY AREAS ARE LOCATED.
  
 13. INDICATE AREA TO BE ENCLOSED/EXPANDED AS PART OF
 THE PROPOSAL.
  
 14. PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAN SHOULD INCLUDE CALCULATIONS
 FOR BICYCLE PARKING AND LOADING AREAS AS INVENTORY FOR
 FUTURE SITE CHANGES. IF NOT INCLUDED ON THIS PLAN, IT
 WILL NEED TO BE INCLUDED ON THE NEXT SUBMITTAL FOR SITE
 PLAN MODIFICATION.
