 1. PROVIDE DATA TABLE INCLUDING PARKING CALCULATION,
 LOT COVERAGE, FAR, ETC. ACCOUNTING FOR THE NEW
 ADDITION.
  
 2. SHOW SETBACKS FOR THE BUILDING AND ADDITION.
  
 SIGNAGE:
 3. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS AND CALCULATIONS FOR PROPOSED
 WALL SIGNAGE.
  
 4. IF EXISTING SUBARU FREESTANDING DEALER SIGN WILL BE
 REMOVED, WILL THE SIGN BE RELOCATED OR A NEW SUBARU
 FREESTANDING SIGN PROPOSED WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT? IF
 YES, IT IS RECOMMENDED THIS CHANGE BE INCLUDE ON THE
 PLANS SO A SEPARATE PD AMENDMENT WILL NOT BE NEEDED IN
 THE FUTURE.
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS:
 5. THE PROJECT CAN BE RECLASSIFIED AS A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT IF IT CAN BE DEMONSTRATED THAT APPROVED
 SQUARE FOOTAGE IS BEING RELOCATED TO ACCOMMODATE THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION. PLEASE PROVIDE AN OVERALL MASTER
 PLAN FOR SITE INCLUDING EXISTING AND APPROVED BUILDING
 SQUARE FOOTAGES AND APPLICABLE SITE DATA (PARKING, LOT
 COVERAGE, ETC.).
