 PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS TO ADDRESS
 THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY SEPTEMBER 14, 2014), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE PARKING DATA TABLE SHALL INCLUDE THE NUMBER OF
 COMPACT PARKING SPACES.
  
 2) THE NEW ADA PARKING SPACES FOR BUILDING #3 REQUIRE
 MORE WIDTH THAN THE TWO STANDARD PARKING SPACES THEY
 REPLACE. THE SOUTHERN TERMINAL ISLAND HAS BEEN MODIFIED
 AND NO LONGER COMPLIES WITH THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE
 TERMINAL ISLANDS BE AS LONG AS THE ADJOINING PARKING
 SPACE.
  
 3) THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE
 RECONFIGURED ADA PARKING BAY SHALL HAVE TREES
 INSTALLED. TREES SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN,
 EITHER AS EXISTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORIGINAL
 LANDSCAPE APPROVAL OR AS NEW IF THE TREES NEED TO BE
 REPLACED.
  
 4) THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS (PERIMETER) TABLE COUNTS
 EACH SABAL PALM (SOUTH PROPERTY LINE) AS ONE TREE. THE
 CITY'S LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS DICTATE THAT TWO SABAL
 PALMS ONLY COUNT AS ONE TREE. PLEASE CORRECT THE TABLE
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5) THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS (INTERIOR) TABLE MENTIONS
 MULTIFAMILY. THIS IS A COMMERCIAL SITE.
  
 6) THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS (OVERALL) TABLE STATES
 THAT THERE ARE 59 SHADE TREES ON THE SITE. THE TOTAL
 SHADE, FLOWERING AND PALM TREE NUMBER IS 59 TREES.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) PLEASE HAVE THE OWNER OF THE PARK CONTACT THE CITY'S
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE EXPIRE PERMITS WITH
 PERMIT #S 12060655, 13041082 AND 13050576.
