| PARK WITHIN VIEW OF 45TH STREET. |
| C. IF THE "SOD AREA" IS INTENDED FOR PARKING, THAN IT |
| SHALL BE PAVED. |

| 5) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS FOR ALL PARKING AREAS, TO |
| INCLUDE PARKING SPACE WIDTH AND DEPTH, PARKING AISLE |
| WIDTH, AND THE LENGTH OF EACH PARKING ROW. PROVIDE A |
| PARKING SPACE DETAIL - BOTH REGULAR AND COMPACT. THE |
| PROVIDED DETAIL DOES NOT MATCH THE PLANS. |

| 6) THE INTERIOR AND TERMINAL PARKING ISLANDS SHALL BE A |
| MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET WIDE WHEN MEASURED FROM THE |
| INSIDE OF THE CURBS. PROVIDE THIS DIMENSION ON THE |
| PLANS. |
