| REZONING APPLICATIONS, THE CORRECT ACREAGE FOR THE |
| NORTH PARCEL IS 4.68 ACRES AND 4.76 FOR THE SOUTH |
| PARCEL. THE TRAFFIC STUDIES SHOULD BE REVISED TO |
| REFLECT THE TRAFFIC IMPACTS FOR THE CORRECT ACREAGES. |

| 2) THE MAXIMUM DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL FOR THE EXISTING |
| COMMUNITY SERVICE (CS) FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION IS |
| 1.0 FAR, THE TRAFFIC STUDIES WERE DONE FOR A MAXIMUM |
| FAR OF 0.6 FOR CS. IN ADDITION, THE TRAFFIC STUDY USED |
| THE HOSPITAL TRIP GENERATION RATE. PLEASE BE ADVISED |
| THAT THE MOST TRAFFIC INTENSIVE USE PERMITTED UNDER THE |
| CS DESIGNATION IS MEDICAL OFFICE. THE TRAFFIC STUDIES |
| SHOULD BE REVISED TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES. |

| 3) THE MAXIMUM DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL FOR THE PROPOSED |
| COMMERCIAL FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION IS 0.75 FAR, NOT |
| 0.6 AS SHOWN IN THE TRAFFIC STUDIES. |
