| 1. THE NEW LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED SIGN IS LOCATED |
| WITHIN THE VISBILITY TRIANGLE. PURSUANT TO SECTION |
| 94-305(E) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT |
| REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), AT ANY ROAD INTERSECTION |
| VISIBILITY SHALL NOT BE OBSCURED BY THE CONSTRUCTION, |
| PLACEMENT, OR MAINTENANCE OF A SIGN BETWEEN 18 INCHES |
| OR 8 FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN A TRIANGLE BEGINNING AT THE |
| POINT WHERE THE PROPERTY LINES MEET AT THE CORNER, THEN |
| 20 FEET ALONG THE FRONT PEROPERTY LINE, THENCE |
| DIAGONALLY TO A POINT ALONG THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE 20 |
| FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND THENCE TO THE |
| POINT OF BEGINNING. IN THE EVENT THE CORNER OF AN |
| INTERSECTION IS ROUNDED, THE MEASUREMENT SHALL BEGIN AT |
| THE POINT WHERE THE PROPERTY LINES WOULD MEET IF THEY |
| WERE NOT ROUNDED. |

| 2. THE PROPOSED GRAVEL PATH APPEARS TO BE QUITE |
| SUBSTANTIAL. IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE SUCH A LARGE AREA? |
| CAN THE AREA BE SHORTENED ON THE WEST END SO AS TO MAKE |
| IT LESS VISBILE FROM THE PARKING AREA? |
