 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE NEW LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED SIGN IS LOCATED
 WITHIN THE VISBILITY TRIANGLE. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-305(E) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), AT ANY ROAD INTERSECTION
 VISIBILITY SHALL NOT BE OBSCURED BY THE CONSTRUCTION,
 PLACEMENT, OR MAINTENANCE OF A SIGN BETWEEN 18 INCHES
 OR 8 FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN A TRIANGLE BEGINNING AT THE
 POINT WHERE THE PROPERTY LINES MEET AT THE CORNER, THEN
 20 FEET ALONG THE FRONT PEROPERTY LINE, THENCE
 DIAGONALLY TO A POINT ALONG THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE 20
 FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND THENCE TO THE
 POINT OF BEGINNING. IN THE EVENT THE CORNER OF AN
 INTERSECTION IS ROUNDED, THE MEASUREMENT SHALL BEGIN AT
 THE POINT WHERE THE PROPERTY LINES WOULD MEET IF THEY
 WERE NOT ROUNDED.
  
 2. THE PROPOSED GRAVEL PATH APPEARS TO BE QUITE
 SUBSTANTIAL. IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE SUCH A LARGE AREA?
 CAN THE AREA BE SHORTENED ON THE WEST END SO AS TO MAKE
 IT LESS VISBILE FROM THE PARKING AREA?

 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
