| 1. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, PLEASE SHOW ALL OVERHEAD AND |
| UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, EASEMENTS AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT |
| MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING . THE |
| PROPOSED STREET LIGHTS ARE IN CONFLICT WITH THE |
| PROPOSED TREE. PLEASE FLIP THE HEADS 90 DEGREES TO |
| AVOID THE TREE CANOPIES. |

| 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), THE WALLS OF THE |
| PROPOSED DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH |
| SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. THE |
| PROPOSED GROUND COVER DOES NOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED |
| SCREENING. THE TRANSFORMER AND ALL OTHER MECHANICAL |
| EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED. THE TRANSFORMER IS VISIBLE |
| FROM THE INTERNAL SIDEWALK. PERHAPS IT COULD BE |
| RELOCATED TO PROVIDE BETTER SCREENING. |

| 3. THE FENCE ALONG WORTHINGTON ROAD SHALL BE INSTALLED |
| ADJACENT TO THE PARKING LOT WITH THE HEDGE TO BE |
| PLANTED ON THE STREET SIDE OF THE FENCE AND THE GROUND |
| COVER BETWEEN THE HEDGE AND SIDEWALK. THE HEDGE ALONG |
| THE SOUTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE SHALL BE INSTALLED |
| ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE (IF ADJACENT TO NEIGHBORING |
| PROPERTY) IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE PROPOSED |
| LANDSCAPING. |
