 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, PLEASE SHOW ALL OVERHEAD AND
 UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, EASEMENTS AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT
 MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING . THE
 PROPOSED STREET LIGHTS ARE IN CONFLICT WITH THE
 PROPOSED TREE. PLEASE FLIP THE HEADS 90 DEGREES TO
 AVOID THE TREE CANOPIES.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), THE WALLS OF THE
 PROPOSED DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. THE
 PROPOSED GROUND COVER DOES NOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED
 SCREENING. THE TRANSFORMER AND ALL OTHER MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED. THE TRANSFORMER IS VISIBLE
 FROM THE INTERNAL SIDEWALK. PERHAPS IT COULD BE
 RELOCATED TO PROVIDE BETTER SCREENING.
  
 3. THE FENCE ALONG WORTHINGTON ROAD SHALL BE INSTALLED
 ADJACENT TO THE PARKING LOT WITH THE HEDGE TO BE
 PLANTED ON THE STREET SIDE OF THE FENCE AND THE GROUND
 COVER BETWEEN THE HEDGE AND SIDEWALK. THE HEDGE ALONG
 THE SOUTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE SHALL BE INSTALLED
 ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE (IF ADJACENT TO NEIGHBORING
 PROPERTY) IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING.
