 NEW BUILDING AND EAST HALF OF PARKING LOT TO BE BUILT
 AND THEN EXISTING WEST BUILDING AND REST OF WEST
 PARKING LOT TO BE DEMOED AND NEW PARKING LOT TO BE
 BUILT.
 1) DISCUSS WITH CSD, PHASING PROJECT WILL/WILL NOT
 AFFECT CO. THIS IS ASSUMING THAT THE NEW BUILDING IS TO
 BE PUT INTO SERVICE AND THEN THE OLD BUILDING WILL BE
 CLOSED AND DEMOLISHED.
 2) EXISTING TREE PLAN REQUIRED.
 3) EXISTING DRIVEWAY ON WORTHINGTON APPEARS TO BE
 REPLACED, BUT IT WILL NOT WORK. IT WILL NEED TO BE
 REMOVED AND UPGRADED TO MEET ADA REQUIREMENTS PER FDOT
 STANDARDS.
 4) THIS MEANS AT ONE TIME THERE WILL BE NO DRIVEWAY IN
 THE PARKING LOT FOR THE OLD BUILDING, DO THE OWNERS
 UNDERSTAND THIS? SINCE THE DRIVEWAY NEEDS TO COME OUT
 TO MEET ADA, MAYBE BUILD THE NEW DRIVEWAY EAST OF THE
 OLD AND ABANDON THE OLD WHEN THE BUILDING IS TO BE
 DEMOLISHED AND THE WEST HALF IS TO BE BUILT?
 5) THE NEW STORM SEWER FOR THE NEW PARKING LOT GOES
 THRU THE OLD BUILDING, WHICH WILL STILL BE THERE,
 REDESIGN THE STORM SEWER.
 6) DOES SURVEY SHOW EASEMENT FOR POWER NOT SHOWN ON
 WEST SIDE OF SOUTH PROPERTY? (NO SURVEY WITH THIS SET
 OF PLANS)
 7) HAVE THEY DECIDED HOW THE BUILDING IS TO BE BUILT? I
 DO NOT SEE THE CONTRACTOR USING THE REMAINING HALF OF
 THE EXISTING PARKING LOT, SO THEY WILL NEED ROW FOR
 STORAGE AND EQUIPMENT. AN ADDITIONAL COST TO THEM ($
 0.50 PER FOOT, PER DAY AND SAME FOR SIDEWALK AND
 PARKING SPACES).
 8) THE EXISTING BUILDINGS SERVICES WILL NEED TO BE USED
 TILL THE OLD BUILDING IS DEMOLISHED. THIS SHOULD BE
 LOOKED INTO, RELOCATING THE EXISTING METER AND/OR
 RUNNING A PIPE FROM THE EXISTING TO THE NEW BUILDING
 WILL BE A MONUMENTALLY LESS EXPENSIVE WAY TO REDO THE
 SERVICE.
 9) THE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE REMOVAL OF ANY SERVICES
 BACK TO THE MAIN.
 10) DISCUSS, OLD ADA SPACES WILL BE WIPED OUT DURING
 PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION, BUT THE NEW ADA SPACES WILL NOT
 BE COMPLIANT TO THE OLD BUILDING.
 11) THE LIGHT GREY IS TO BE BUILT IN PHASE 1, AND THE
 DARK GREY IS TO BE BUILT DURING PHASE 2, BUT THE PHASE
 LINE DRAWN THRU THE SITE DOES NOT MATCH THE PLAN, WHICH
 IS CORRECT?
 12) SITE PLAN AND CIVIL PLAN FOR PARKING LOT DO NOT
 MATCH, WHICH IS CORRECT?

 PHASE WORK CONFLICT WITH EXISTING DRIVE CONFIGURATION.
 2. SHOW STOP BAR AND LANE STRIPE ON SITE PLAN FOR
 ENTRANCE / EXIT TO WASHINGTON ROAD.
 3. ALL TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIAN CONTROLS IN PARKING AREA
 SHALLBE STRIPED WITH THERMOPLASTIC.
 4. RECOMMENDATION TO CONSIDER USE OF ALTERNATIVE OR LED
 LIGHTING FOR THE PARKING AREA.
 5. SITE CIVIL DRAWINGS WILL REQUIRE UTILITY
 CALCULATIONS, STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN , AND
 POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN.
