 1. PLEASE REMOVE THE NOTATION AND DASHED LINE
 INDICATING ???LINE OF PAVING TO BE REMOVED???.
  
 2. PLEASE CLARIFY THE NOTATION SOUTH OF THE RELOCATED
 GENERATOR NOTING ???EXISTING 6??? FENCE TO REMAIN???.
 IT IS UNCLEAR AS TO WHICH LINE THIS NOTATION IS
 REFERRING TO.
  
 3. IF COVERED PARKING IS PROVIDED, I BELIEVE AT LEAST
 ONE (1) HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE SHALL ALSO BE
 COVERED. PLEASE CLARIFY WITH CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.
  
 4. CURBING SHALL BE PROVIDED AT THE FAR EAST END OF
 EACH ROW OF PARKING, INCLUDING THAT AREA EAST OF THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, TO PROTECT THE LANDSCAPE AREA FROM
 VEHICULAR TRAFFIC. [SECTION 94-443(C)(5)]
  
 5. REDUCED COPIES OF THE SURVEY SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 6. SITE DATA TABLE SHALL BE ADJUSTED. THE PERCENTAGE OF
 LANDSCAPING IS SHOWN AS 2482%...AND LANDSCAPING PLUS
 IMPERMEABLE SHOULD TOTAL 100%.
  
 7. PLEASE CLARIFY THE PROPOSED USE OF THAT AREA LOCATED
 AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, WHICH IS
 COMPLETELY ENCLOSED BY A FENCE/GATE.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED FENCING
 (I.E. HEIGHT, MATERIAL, ETC.).
  
 9. IF FENCING/GATES ARE BEING PROPOSED ACROSS THE
 PARKING LOT ENTRANCES, SUCH GATES SHALL REMAIN OPEN
 DURING EVENTS AND BUSINESS HOURS AS THERE IS
 INSUFFICIENT STACKING ON THE PROPERTY. CARS SHALL NOT
 UTILIZE THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STACKING PURPOSES.
  
 10. PLEASE UPDATE PARKING DETAIL TO ACCURATELY MATCH
 THAT WHICH IS ATTACHED (I.E. LOCATION OF HANDICAP
 SYMBOL, LOCATION OF WHEEL STOP, SIZING AND DISTANCES
 BETWEEN STRIPING, ETC.).
  
 11. IS CURBING BEING PROVIDED ALONG THE COVERED
 DROP-OFF AREA? CURB RAMPS ARE SHOWN, BUT IT IS UNCLEAR
 WHERE THE SIDEWALK IS AT GRADE, ABOVE GRADE, ETC.
  
 12. THE COVERED DROP-OFF AREA WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED
 AND DEMARCATED FOR ONE-WAY TRAFFIC ONLY AS IT IS NOT
 WIDE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE TWO (2) LANES OF TRAFFIC.
 PLEASE INDICATE LOCATION OF SIGNAGE AND MARKINGS.
  
 13. ONE (1) LOADING SPACE (10??? X 25??? IN SIZE) SHALL
 BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY. [SECTION 94-485(P)]
  
 14. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL INDICATING THE PROPOSED
 STYLE OF BIKE RACK. PLEASE REFER TO ATTACHED
 RECOMMENDATIONS.
  
 15. PLEASE CLARIFY AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE
 MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITIES LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR
 WILL BE OPEN FOR PUBLIC USE (I.E. RENTAL), OR IS THE
 FACILITY STRICTLY USED BY THE BUSINESS OCCUPANT OF THE
 BUILDING?
  
 16. THE GENERATOR SHALL BE SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 94-444(B).
  
 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
