8/29/16 Visited the home, and inspected the Mahogany tree. Does not ap pear to have any issues with roots and the foundation, or obvious heal th problems for the tree. Photos attached. 8/31/16 Spoke to applicant Joseph Ziegler by phone with FriederikeMitt ner who is familiar with the approved renovations. Tthere does not app ear to be a conflict betwwen the existing structure or the proposed re novations to justify removal. Suggested having an arborist evaluate an d prune the tree to assure strong structure and health, and lifting to provide clearance for the structure. The tree has many valuable attri butes to add value to the property. |
