The plans were ap proved with the following conditions: 1. Prior to the removal or relocation of any trees on the property, a tree alteration permit shall be submitted, reviewed, and approved by t he Development Services, Planning Division. 2. Prior to C.O. of proposed improvements, a landscape permit shall be submitted indicating final landscaping materials and configuration wi th appropriate landscape protection, such as curbing, where none exist s around reconfigured areas.
