 THE CITY STANDARD FOR 3" METERS IS 4"
 PIPE TO THE END OF THE CITY SERVICE, THE
 CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO INSTALL A 3 X 4"
 INCREASER IN THE LINE WHEN LEAVING THE
 BUILDING.SEE THE DETAIL ON SHEET C-4
 OF THE CIVIL DRAWINGS.

 THE UTILITY DEPARTMENT NEEDS A COPY OF
 THE FLOW REQUIREMENTS FOR THE METER TO
 BE USED.THE FLOW REQUIRED CAN NOT
 EXCEED THE AMOUNT THE METER CAN SUPPLY.
 PLEASE SUBMIT THE PUMP DESIGN CURVE AND
 THE FLOWS THAT CAN BE "PULLED" THROUGH
 THE METER ALSO. THIS WILL DETERMINE THE
 METER SIZE.

 SHEET C-1 SHOWS THE METER AND BACKFLOW
 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE AND THE 6" FIRE LINE ON THE
 SOUTH SIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE, BUT SHEET
 A2.1 AND P-100 SHOWS THE DOMESTIC TIE-IN
 POINT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 ENCLOSURE.

 OLD PLAN.THE NEW PLAN ADDRESSES ALL OF
 OUR CONCERNS.

 SANITARY OUT THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. IT
 NEEDS TO BE CHANGED TO THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE BUILDING, THE WAY IT SHOWS
 ON THE NEW ADAIR AND BRADY PLAN.

 TO OBTAIN A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT THE
 FOLLOWING MUST BE SUBMITTED SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA PROFESSIONAL

 POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN.THE
 POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN SHALL BE KEPT
 ON SITE AT ALL TIMES DURING
 CONSTRUCTION. THE PLAN SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO ANY
 EARTHWORK. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL
 CERTIFY TO THE CITY, ON A MONTHLY BASIS,
 THAT THE PLAN IS WORKING PROPERLY AND AS
 DESIGNED. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD IS
 RESPONSIBLE TO CERTIFY IMPLEMENTATION OF
 THE PROVISIONS OF CITY ORDINANCE NO.
 3132-98 OF THE CITY CODE AT SUCH TIME
 THE PERMITTEE APPLIES FOR A CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY FROM THE CITY BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
