 1.PARKING LOT CAN NOT BE BUILT UNTIL
 THE UNDERGROUND UTILITY PLAN IS APPROVED
 FOR WATER, SANITARY AND STORM WATER.
  
 2.NO STORMWATER PLAN HAS BEEN APPROVED
 AND ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS NEED TO
 BE ADDRESSED;

 E. POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN.THE
 POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN SHALL BE KEPT
 ON SITE AT ALL TIMES DURING
 CONSTRUCTION. THE PLAN SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO ANY
 EARTHWORK. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL
 CERTIFY TO THE CITY, ON A MONTHLY BASIS,
 THAT THE PLAN IS WORKING PROPERLY AND AS
 DESIGNED. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD IS
 RESPONSIBLE TO CERTIFY IMPLEMENTATION OF
 THE PROVISIONS OF CITY ORDINANCE NO.
 3132-98 OF THE CITY CODE AT SUCH TIME
 THE PERMITTEE APPLIES FOR A CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY FROM THE CITY BUILDING
 OFFICIAL
  
 F. EVERY SIX MONTHS AFTER CONSTRUCTION A
 PE SHALL CERTIFY THAT THE PERMANENT
 POLLUTION PREVENTION STRUCTURES, DRY-WET
 WATER DETENTION FACILITIES, AND
 EXFILTRATION SYSTEMS ARE WORKING AS
 DESIGNED AND ARE IN GOOD OPERATING
 CONDITION. ALL CERTIFICATIONS MUST BE
 SUBMITTED TO:
 STORM WATER UTILITY ENGINEER
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH PUBLIC UTILITIES
 DEPARTMENT
 P.O. BOX 3366, WEST PALM BEACH, FL
 33402.
  
 THE CERTIFICATION MUST INCLUDE THE
 BUILDING PERMIT NUMBER, THE ADDRESS OF
 THE PROPERTY AND THE NAME OF THE
 ESTABLISHMENT/PROJECT CONSTRUCTED.
  
 3. SHEETS A-1, A-1.1, P2.1 AND SHEET 1
 OF 2 OF THE FIRE SPRINKLER PLAN SHOW THE
 BACKFLOW LOCATION FOR THE FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM AT THE BUILDING (SOUTHWEST
 CORNER).THIS IS INCORRECT, IT WILL BE
 PLACED AT THE WEST PROPERTY LINE AS
 SHOWN ON THE UNDERGROUND UTILITY PLAN
 SUPPLIED BY SIMMONS AND WHITE (SEE
 ATTACHED).
  
 4.DETAIL FOR THE DCDA ON THE FIRE
 SPRINKLER DRAWING (1 OF 2) DOES NOT SHOW
 AN ELEVATION ABOVE THE FLOOD PLAIN OR
 GROUND ELEVATION.IT MUST BE PER THE
 CITY DETAIL SHOWN ON THE UNDERGROUND
 PLAN BY SIMMONS AND WHITE.
  
 5.ON SHEET P2.2 THE SANITARY SEWER
 PIPING EXITS THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING NEAR "K4".WHILE THE
 UNDERGROUND PLAN BY SIMMONS AND WHITE
 SHOWS THE LATERAL ENTERING THE BUILDING
 ON THE EAST SIDE NEAR "H5".YOU NEED TO
 COORDINATE THIS DESIGN AND WORK SINCE IT
 WILL BE INSTALLED PER THE SIMMONS AND
 WHITE PLAN.
  
 6.ON SHEET P2.2 AN 1-1/2" METER IS
 SHOWN TO BE PLACED AT THE NORTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE BUILDING WITH THE 2" PIPE
 ENTERING THE BUILDING AT "K5".ON THE
 UNDERGROUND PLAN BY SIMMONS AND WHITE
 (SEE ATTACHED) SHOW THE WATER METER AT
 THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY
 WITH THE WATER LINE ENTERING THE
 BUILDING AT "A3.1" ON SHEET P2.1.YOU
 NEED TO COORDINATE THIS DESIGN AND WORK
 SINCE IT WILL BE INSTALLED PER THE
 SIMMONS AND WHITE PLAN.
