 1.IMPERVIOUS AREA COMPUTATIONS (NOT
 SUPPLIED) PLEASE SUPPLY.
  
 1.THE METER FOR THE BUILDING (1-1/2")
 AND BACKFLOW PREVENTER HAVE BEEN MOVED,
 BUT IT NOW SITS IN FRONT OF THE DOORWAY.
 THE METER WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN
 THE CITY SIDEWALK AND THE BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER MUST BE IN THE PLANTER,
 IMMEDIATELY BEHIND THE SIDEWALK.
  
  
 2.IRRIGATION MUST (1") MUST BE LOCATED
 IN THE CITY SIDEWALK, AT THE SAME
 LOCATION AS THE BUILDING METER, NOT
 WHERE IT IS SHOWN ON C-1 OR I-1. THE
 BACKFLOW PREVENTER MUST BE IN THE
 PLANTER, IMMEDIATELY BEHIND THE
 SIDEWALK.
  
 3.THERE IS A FIRE SPRINKLER HEAD
 PLAN,SHEETS FS-1 & 2, BUT NO DRAWING AS
 TO WHERE THEY WILL TIE-IN TO THE CITY
 SYSTEM.IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THE
 CONTRACTOR WHO INSTALLS THE DRINKING
 WATER METER ALSO INSTALL THE FIRE LINE
 SERVICE AT THE SAME TIME, TO SAVE TIME
 AND MONEY. THERE WILL NEED TO BE A
 DOUBLE CHECK DETECTOR CHECK INSTALLED ON
 THE FIRE LINE IN THE PLANTER IMMEDIATELY
 BEHIND THE SIDEWALK.
  
 4.ALL BACKFLOW PREVENTERS WILL NEED TO
 BE HIDDEN WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. THE DETAILS USED FROM THE UTILITIES
 DEPARTMENT IS OLD ALL PIPE IN THE ROW ON
 THE SANITARY MUST BE SDR 26, SEE SHEET
 C-3.
  
 6.A COPY OF THE WATER AND SANITARY AS-
 BUILTS WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 ENGINEERING FOR THEIR RECORDS.
  
 SIDEWALK AND DRIVEWAY REQUIREMENTS:
  
 1.ALL BROKEN SIDEWALKS ALONG THE
 PROPERTY (ALL SIDES) MUST BE REPLACED.
  
 2.ALL DRIVEWAYS THAT WILL NOT BE USED
 MUST BE REMOVED AND THE REGULAR CURBS (&
 GUTTERS) MUST BE REPLACED.
  
 3.ALL BROKEN UP CURBS (& GUTTERS) MUST
 BE REPLACED.
  
 4.ALL DRIVEWAY APPROACHES MUST BE (AT A
 MINIMUM) PER CITY STANDARD DETAIL INDEX.
  
 5.ALL GRADES FOR CITY SIDEWALKS WILL BE
 SET BY THE CITY SURVEY CREW, CALL 659-
 8040 AND ASK FOR ED RYAN TO SET UP AN
 APPOINTMENT.
  
 SANITATION:
  
 IF TO BE PICKED UP BY THE CITY THEN THE
 FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET.IF
 THE CONTRACTOR WISHES TO CHANGE ANY OF
 THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS HE WILL NEED
 TO MEET WITH PETE SPATARA OF THE
 SANITATION DIVISION AND SUBMIT THE
 CHANGES TO BUILDING AND ZONING FOR
 INCLUSION IN THE BUILDING PLAN SETS:
  
 1.DUMPSTER MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 12'-6"
 OPENING BETWEEN THE GATE POSTS.
  
 2.INTERIOR DIMENSIONS OF THE ENCLOSURE
 MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 12'-6" WIDE AND 12'
 DEEP.A CONCRETE PARKING STOP BARS 10'
 LONG MUST BE CENTERED (FROM GATES) AND
 INSTALLED 18" FROM THE BACK WALL.STEEL
 BARS WILL BE DRILLED THRU THE STOP BAR
 AND INTO THE INTERIOR FLOOR OF THE
 ENCLOSURE TO STOP THE STOP BAR FROM
 MOVING WHEN THE DUMPSTER IS SET INSIDE.
  
 3.THE OPENING OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 MUST BE ANGLED SO THAT A 40' LONG TRUCK
 WITH THE FORKS EXTENDED CAN APPROACH THE
 OPENING AND PICK UP THE DUMPSTER WITHOUT
 MAKING A SHARP TURN.
