 STORMWATER:
 PLAN SHEET S1, STATES THAT THREE CAR
 GARAGE WILL BE BUILT "ON GRADE" AND
 GIVES THE GRADE OF 16.40 FOR THE GARAGE
 FLOOR (SEE SHEET C1).THE CITY ALLEY
 (LOOK AT SHEET C1) HAS A GRADE OF 17.33
 STARTING AT THE BACK OF SIDEWALK AT
 QUADRILLE AND DROPS 1.77 FEET TO 15.56
 JUST EAST OF THE GARAGE.YOU NEED TO
 INSURE THAT THE GARAGE WILL NOT BE
 FLOODED BY RUN OFF FROM THE ALLEY, THE
 CITY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
 CHANGING THE GRADE OF THE ALLEY AND THE
 WEST END OF THE GRADE CAN NOT BE
 CHANGED. ADDITIONALLY IT IS DOUBTFUL
 THAT A CAR WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE A 90
 DEGREE TURN INTO THE GARAGE IN A 14'
 WIDE ALLEY.
 PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION THE
 FOLLOWING STORM WATER REQUIREMENTS MUST
 BE MET.
 SUBMIT COPIES OF THE INFORMATION LISTED
 BELOW TO BE ADDED TO DEAN LAUDERMILK FOR
 REVIEW AND INCLUSION WITH THE BUILDING
 PLANS.IF THIS IS NOT DONE THE CITY
 WILL NOT ALLOW THE WORK TO PROCEED:
 FOUR COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA
 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (PE).
 1.CONSTRUCTION PLANS (SHEET C-3)
 2.DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHEET C-3),
 3.HYDRAULIC COMPUTATIONS AND SUPPORTING
 DOCUMENTATION (NOT SUPPLIED)
 4.IMPERVIOUS AREA COMPUTATIONS (NOT
 SUPPLIED)
  
 5.POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN.(NOT
 SUPPLIED) THE POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN
 SHALL BE KEPT ON SITE AT ALL TIMES
 DURING CONSTRUCTION. THE PLAN SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO ANY
 EARTHWORK. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL
 CERTIFY TO THE CITY, ON A MONTHLY BASIS,
 THAT THE PLAN IS WORKING PROPERLY AND AS
 DESIGNED. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD IS
 RESPONSIBLE TO CERTIFY IMPLEMENTATION OF
 THE PROVISIONS OF CITY ORDINANCE NO.
 3132-98 OF THE CITY CODE AT SUCH TIME
 THE PERMITTEE APPLIES FOR A CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY FROM THE CITY BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
 6.EVERY SIX MONTHS AFTER CONSTRUCTION A
 PE SHALL CERTIFY THAT THE PERMANENT
 POLLUTION PREVENTION STRUCTURES, DRY-WET
 WATER DETENTION FACILITIES, AND
 EXFILTRATION SYSTEMS ARE WORKING AS
 DESIGNED AND ARE IN GOOD OPERATING
 CONDITION. ALL CERTIFICATIONS MUST BE
 SUBMITTED TO:
 STORM WATER UTILITY ENGINEER
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH PUBLIC UTILITIES
 DEPARTMENT
 P.O. BOX 3366, WEST PALM BEACH, FL
 33402.
 THE CERTIFICATION MUST INCLUDE THE
 BUILDING PERMIT NUMBER, THE ADDRESS OF
 THE PROPERTY AND THE NAME OF THE
 ESTABLISHMENT/PROJECT CONSTRUCTED.
 WATER AND SANITARY:
 1.THE METERS FOR THE BUILDING (1-1/2")
 AND IRRIGATION (1") MUST BE LOCATED IN
 THE CITY SIDEWALK, AT THE POINT WHERE
 THE PLUMBING EXITS THE BUILDING (SEE
 SHEET P-1) NOT WHERE IT IS SHOWN ON C-1
 OR I-1. THE LOCATION AT THE EAST END OF
 THE PROPERTY IS TOO CLOSE TO THE NEXT
 PROPERTY LINE.THE LOCATION WEST OF THE
 ENTRANCE CAN ALLOW FOR THE BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS TO BE HIDDEN WITH
 LANDSCAPING.
 2. THE DETAIL ON SHEET C-3 FOR THE NEW
 WATER LINE IS WRONG ALSO.THE TAP WILL
 BE 1-1/2 BY 2", THE COPPER AND ANGLE
 VALVE WILL BE 2" WHICH WILL ALLOW FOR A
 1-1/2" METER TO BE SET ON IT. SEE THE
 DETAIL ON SHEET C-6.
 3.A CLEAN-OUT WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED
 IN THE SANITARY SEWER LATERAL, ON THE
 PROPERTY, AT THE EDGE OF THE ALLEY.
 THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON SHEET C-1 BUT THERE
 IS A DETAIL ON SHEET C-4.
 4.THE DETAILS USED FROM THE UTILITIES
 DEPARTMENT IS OLD ALL PIPE IN THE ROW ON
 THE SANITARY MUST BE SDR 26.
 5.A COPY OF THE WATER AND SANITARY AS-
 BUILTS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO ENGINEERING
 FOR THIER RECORDS.
