 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) LIFE SAFETY PLAN:
 1A) BOTH THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN AND FLOOR PLAN SHOW AN
 ENLARGED UNISEX RESTROOM, BUT THE EXISTING WALL LINES
 OF THE OLD RESTROOM STILL SHOW WITH AN INSWING DOOR.
 THE PLUMBING FLOOR PLAN SHOWS THE WALL CONFIGURATION
 CORRECTLY. 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 1B) STORAGE ROOM 909 SQ. FT. SHOWS AN EMERGENCY BATTERY
 LIGHT WALL PACK WITH EXIT SIGN BUT THERE IS NO EXIT
 BENEATH THE BATTERY BACKPACK. DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 1C) NEITHER OF THE LARGE STORAGE AREAS SHOW THE EXIT
 DIRECTIONAL NOR THE 2 SMALL STORAGE ROOMS SHOW EXIT
 LIGHTS FROM THE ROOMS. 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION
 1013.1.
 1D) THE TASTING ROOM SHOWS 6 CHAIRS WITH TABLE LOT THEN
 A 4 FOOT SECTION OF TABLE TOP, THE PLANS ARE NOT CLEAR
 AS TO THE HEIGHT OF EITHER SECTION OF THE TABLE, IF THE
 ONE WITHOUT A CHAIR IS TO REPRESENT AN ACCESSIBLE
 SECTION OF THE TABLE, PLANS ARE NOT CLEAR. THE LIFE
 SAFETY SHEET DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE
 PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST
 5 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT
 THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
 1E) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE

 602.7 SPOUT HEIGHT FOR THE STANDING PERSONS SHALL BE

 3) NEITHER THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN NOR THE FLOOR PLANS
 PROVIDE WALL FINISH SCHEDULE FOR RESTROOMS AND SERVICE
 SINKS. 2020 FBC-B 1210.2.2. WALLS & PARTITIONS. THIS
 COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 INTERPRETATION ON 06/2020. IN BATHROOMS, RESTROOMS &
 SERVICE SINK AREAS EPOXY PAINT IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED
 A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  
 2020 FBC-BUILDING 1210.2.2 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2
 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL
 HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT
 OF NOT LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS
 SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY
 MOISTURE.
  
 4) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS AN EXTENDED STRIPPED WALKWAY TO
 BUILDING. THE SITE PLAN APPEARS TO BE POSSIBLY HAVE A
 CANOPY NOT SHOWN ON THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN NOR ANY FLOOR
 PLAN. WHICH DOORWAY IS GOING TO BE THE MAIN ENTRY/ EXIT
 DOORWAY NEEDING TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2020
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE CHANGES IN LEVEL 303.2 AND 303.3.
 WHERE CHANGES IN LEVEL ARE PERMITTED IN THE FLOOR OR
 GROUND SURFACES, THEY SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 303.
 SEE 303.1 & 303.2.
  
 5) THIS PERMIT IS FOR AN INTERIOR REMODEL, NOT EXISTING
 PARKING, OR ACCESSIBLE PARKING NOR EXTEND STRIPPING TO
 BUILDING. CLARIFICATION ONLY, NO ACTION IS REQUIRED ON
 THE DESIGNER???S PART.
  
 6) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
