 1. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT AND TIME
 CONSUMING TO REVIEW CHANGES WITH ALL THE LEFT-OVER
 CLOUDS. PLEASE CLEANUP DRAWINGS AND ONLY ADD CLOUDS
 NOTING THE CHANGES ON THIS REVISION.
 2. THE BIKE RACK NEEDS TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC
 AS CLOSE TO A ROW AS POSSIBLE, IT SEEMS THAT IT IS NOW
 LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF A FENCE. PLEASE MOVE BIKE
 RACK OR FENCE TO HAVE THE BIKE RACK ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT
 ANY BARRIERS.
 3. TRASH ENCLOSURE SHIFTED WITH THE ENTRANCE AND
 REMOVING, CHANGES TO LANDSCAPE PLANS AND PERMIT ARE
 REQUIRED.
 4. PLEASE NOTE, THE 6 FEET HIGH CONCRETE WALL ON THE
 SIDE INTERIOR (WEST OF THE PROPERTY) NEEDS TO BE
 LOWERED TO 4 FEET HIGH WITHIN THE MINIMUM FRONT SETBACK
 (12 FEET) AS REQUIRED BY CODE.
 5. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, SUCH AS METERS, HEATERS,
 LADDERS, WHETHER WALL-MOUNTED OR NOT, SHALL BE SCREENED
 FROM STREET VIEW. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING.
 6. PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE 4 FEET HIGH DECORATIVE METAL
 FENCE HAS CHANGED.
 7. ON 1ST FLOOR, THERE IS A WALL LOCATED ON THE JANITOR
 CLOSET AREA FACING THE WINDOW FRONTING THE STREET,
 PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE WINDOW WILL NOT BE OBSTRUCTED
 WITH THE WALL.
 8. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY SIGNAGE ON
