 1. THE SURVEY SHALL BE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OLD, PLEASE
 SUBMIT AN UPDATED SURVEY.
  
 2. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED WITHIN THE LOFTIN DISTRICT
 (LD-5). PER SEC. 94-125, TABLE IV-31, PLEASE PROVIDE A
 PLAN TO SHOW THE 25% AREA OF THE SITE THAT IS THE
 REQUIRED AS PRIVATE OPEN SPACE. THE LD-5 PERMITS THE
 INTERIOR COURTYARD TYPE AS PRIVATE OPEN SPACE, PLEASE
 HIGHLIGHT THE AREAS REQUIRED FOR THIS TYPE OF OPEN
 SPACE STANDARDS, SHOWN ON SEC. 94-109, TABLE IV-7, SUCH
 AS 20% MIN. VEGETATED AREA, AND 20% MAX. OVERHEAD
 COVER.
  
 3. A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET SETBACK IS REQUIRED FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE NEAREST FACADE OR VERTICAL
 SURFACE. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THERE ARE NO WALLS OR ANY
 VERTICAL SURFACES BESIDES FENCE AND GATES WITHIN THE 5
 FEET SETBACK. FEEL FREE TO ADD SETBACK LINE TO SITE
 PLAN.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAIL OF FENCE TO ENSURE IT MEETS
 HEIGHT AND MATERIALS REQUIREMENTS. FENCES PROPOSED IN
 REAR SETBACKS SHALL BE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 6 FEET. REAR
 AND SIDE CHAIN LINK FENCES SHALL BE VINYL-COATED AND
 SHALL INCLUDE A TOP RAIL.
  
 5. SHEET A0.1 SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW ENCLOSED SPACE ON
 THE WEST SIDE AND BACK OF THE PROPERTY COMPARED TO
 SHEETS L1 OVERALL LANDSCAPE PLAN AND L1 OVERALL
 PLANTING PLAN. IF EXISTING, IT SHOULD SHOW ON SURVEY,
 IF PROPOSED, PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT.
 IF THE ENCLOSED AREA IS PROPOSED, PLEASE LABEL THE AREA
 TO CLARIFY WHAT KIND SPACE IS BEEN PROPOSED, AND ADD
 AND SQ. FT. OF THE AREA.
  
 6. OUTDOOR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED
 TO GARBAGE OR TRASH RECEPTACLES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SUBSECTION 94-315(A). SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF
 BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY,
 OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. WALLS SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT
 INTERVALS. PLANS FOR THE LAYOUT OF TRASH RECEPTACLES
 SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 SET FORTH IN SEC. 94-315,FIGURE XIV-3. ALL WALL MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW WITH A SCREEN
 EQUAL TO THE HEIGHT OF THE EQUIPMENT.
  
 7. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND APPURTENANCES NECESSARY TO
 THE OPERATION OR MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING OR
 STRUCTURE ITSELF SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COOLING
 TOWERS, ELEVATORS, STAIRS AND MECHANICAL PENTHOUSES,
 VENT STACKS AND ANTENNAS SHALL BE ENCLOSED AND SCREENED
 IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE ENCLOSURE IS DESIGNED AS AN
 INTEGRAL PART OF THE OVERALL BUILDING DESIGN. ROOF PLAN
 SHOWS MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, SCREENING WITH DETAILS WILL
 NEED TO BE PROVIDED.
  
 8. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 9. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
