 PLANS. WORK PROPOSED OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY LIMITS,
 INCLUDING TREE PROPOSED IN THE RIGHT OF WAY CANNOT BE
 APPROVED WITH THIS PERMIT. PLEASE CONTACT PARK'S
 MAINTENANCE FOR PERMISSION TO PLANT IN THE RIGHT OF WAY
 AND REMOVE PROPOSED TREE FROM THIS LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 2) PER SEC 94-442 (C)2.A. ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE
 IS REQUIRED FOR EACH 1,000 SQ FT OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF AND ONE SHRUB IS REQUIRED FOR EACH 500
 SQ FT OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
 OPEN SPACE IS DETERMINED BY SUBTRACTING THE BUILDING
 FOOTPRINT FROM THE GROSS LOT SQ FOOTAGE (ALL
 NON-BUILDING AREA). PLEASE PROVIDE OPEN SPACE
 CALCULATIONS TO DETERMINE REQUIRED TREES AND SHRUBS FOR
 THIS PARCEL.
  
 3) PER SEC 94-442(G) LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST SATISFY A
 MINIMUM TOTAL OF 25 POINTS FROM THE DESIGN OPTIONS
 CHART. PLEASE SHOW WHAT ITEMS FROM THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE PLAN ARE MET ON THE CHART.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE CLEAR TRUNK HEIGHT OF PALMS PROPOSED.
 THE CLEAR TRUNK HEIGHT MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 8 FEET AND
 TREES MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 12 FEET AT INSTALLATION IN
 ORDER TO BE COUNTED TOWARD REQUIRED TREE COUNT.
