 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR IN ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) ALL NEW POLE FIXTURES MUST MATCH THE APPROVED SITE
 PLAN AND MUST BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 5 FT. FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2.) PLEASE IDENTIFY WHICH POLE FIXTURES ARE NEW AND
 WHICH ARE EXSITING IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 3.) POLE FIXTURE SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE EDGE OF THE
 POLE TO THE PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE
 PLANS. THE DISTANCE (FOR ALL NEW FIXTURES MUST BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS)).
