 THIS PLAN WAS REVIEWED FOR CODE COMPLIANCE AND FAILED
 BY RYAN BROWN WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS.
  
 1. 2017 WPB AMEND 107.3.5.3 (13) - A SITE PLAN IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE LOCATION OF THE TANK, GAS LINE AND
 GENERATOR.
  
 2. 2017 WPB AMEND 105.3.1.2 - THE REQUIRED TIE DOWN
 SPECS SUBMITTED HAVE AN ENGINEERS STAMP/SEAL. THE DATE
 OF THE SEAL IS FROM 2017 AND WOULD NEED TO BE CURRENT
 IF THE ENGINEER'S SEAL IS USED. THE SAME GOES FOR THE
 TANK SPECS. IF AN ENGINEER IS REQUIRED AND YOU CHOOSE
 TO USE THEIR SIGNATURE, IT MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
 SET IN THE STATUTE. ALL ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS PREPARED
 BY AN ENGINEER MUST COMPLY WITH 61G15-23.001 AND BE
 EITHER DIGITALLY SIGNED AND SEALED -OR- ELECTRONICALLY
 SIGNED AND SEALED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH 61G15-23.004 AND
 61G15-23.005 F.A.C. RESPECTIVELY.
  
 3. 2020 FRC R303.5.1 - RESIDENTIAL GAS GENERATORS MUST
 BE 10 FEET FROM OPENINGS.
  
 4. 2020 FRC G2412.2 (401.2)/2018 NFPA 6.4.1.1 - AN
 UNDERGROUND TANK SHALL BE 10 FEET FROM AN IMPORTANT
 BUILDING OR LINE OF ADJOINING PROPERTY THAT CAN BE
 BUILT UPON PER TABLE 6.4.1.1, TABLE 6.5.1.2, 6.4.1.2
 THROUGH 6.4.1.3, 6.4.3, 6.4.4.1 THROUGH 6.4.4.4, AND
 6.5.3.6 THROUGH 6.5.3.11.
