 HAZARD AREA (SFHA). THE FLOOD ZONE DESIGNATIONS FOR
 THIS SITE ARE AE 6 AND AE7 WITH BASE FLOOD ELEVATIONS
 (BFE) OF 6???0??? NAVD AND 7'-" NAVD.
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH (THROUGH ORDINANCE NO.
 4729-17) REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL 24 INCHES OF FREEBOARD.
 THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION (DFE) SHALL BE AT OR ABOVE
 9???0??? NAVD.

 SITE WALLS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO PREVENT OVERTURNING AND
 SCOUR PER THE FBC R322.1.8, FLOOD RESTITANT MATERIALS.
  
 NOTICE: PLANS INCLUDE A HARDSCAPE PLAN. HARDSCAPE SHALL
 BE BY A SEPERATE PERMIT. PLEASE REMOVE DOCUMENTS THAT
 DO NOT PERTAIN TO THE SITE WALLS.

 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD.
 LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM
 FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6
 INCHES WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET.
