 THE SURVEY AND ENGINEERING PLANS HAVE MULTIPLE
 INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN THE TWO AND WITH ACTUAL
 CONDITIONS. STAFF HAS LISTED THESE BELOW. ALL PLANS
 MUST SHOW ACCURATE, CONSISTENT INFORMATION.
  
 1) PROVIDE SHEET 23 AND 24 OF 29 WHICH INCLUDE THE
 START OF THE PROJECT WITHIN THE SAPODILLA AVENUE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY NORTH OF OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD.
  
 2) THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
 IRIS STREET AND SAPODILLA AVENUE IS NOT SHOWN IN THE
 SAME LOCATION ON SURVEY SHEET 15 AND ENGINEERING SHEET
 25. THE BORE AND BORE PIT 04+92 ARE LOCATED ON PRIVATE
 PROPERTY BASED ON THE SURVEY.
  
 3) THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR THE WEST SIDE OF SAPODILLA
 AVENUE IS NOT SHOWN IN THE SAME LOCATION ON THE SURVEY
 SHEETS AS IT IS ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS. BASED ON THE
 SURVEY, THE ENTIRE BORE, HANDHOLE 08+12 AND HANDHOLE
 14+60 ARE IN PRIVATE PROPERTY.
  
 4) THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
 GARDENIA STREET AND SAPODILLA AVENUE IS NOT SHOWN IN
 THE SAME LOCATION ON SURVEY SHEET 16 AND ENGINEERING
 SHEET 27. THE BORE AND BORE PIT 12+12 ARE LOCATED ON
 PRIVATE PROPERTY BASED ON THE SURVEY.
  
 5) THE FERN STREET, WEST OF ROSEMARY AVENUE,
 RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH SHOWN ON THE ENGINEERING PLAN DOES
 NOT MATCH THE WIDTH SHOWN ON THE SURVEY. NOTE: BASED ON
 OTHER SURVEYS FOR THE AREA THAT STAFF HAS SEEN THE
 SURVEY SHOWS THE WIDTH CORRECTLY AT 70 FEET. STAFF IS
 UNABLE TO VERIFY IF THE BORE AND BORE PIT 18+62 ARE
 WHOLLY IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 6) SURVEY SHEET 18 SHOWS PORTIONS OF THE BORE ON THE
 NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF FERN STREET ON PRIVATE
 PROPERTY WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS IT IS WITHIN A
 GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT. NOT UTILITY EASEMENTS ARE
 SHOWN ON YOUR SURVEY.
  
 7) SHEET 28 FAILS TO SHOW THE LANDSCAPE PLANTING AREAS
 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FERN STREET. THE LANDSCAPE AREAS
 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FERN STREET. HANDHOLE 22+13 AND
 ITS EXCAVATION IS IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH A TREE PIT.
 ADDITIONALLY, ALL OF THE TREE PITS ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF
 A 20 FOOT BY 20 FOOT AREA OF STRUCTURAL SOIL WHICH IS
 NOT PERMITTED TO BE DISTURBED BY BORES OR EXCAVATIONS.
  
 8) BASED ON THE PLANS APPROVED WITH THE 360 ROSEMARY
 PROJECT (NORTHEAST CORNER OF ROSEMARY AVENUE AND FERN
 STREET) THE SUBMITTED SHEET 28 FAILS TO SHOW ALL OF THE
 UTILITIES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FERN STREET. THIS AREA
 INCLUDES FPL, FPU, AT&T AND SPRINT LINES. THE PROPOSED
 BORE, OPEN CUT AND HANDHOLE 22+13 DIRECTLY CONFLICT
 WITH THESE UTILITIES. YOU MUST PROVIDE A LETTER OF NO
 OBJECTION FROM THESE UTILITY PROVIDERS BASED ON YOUR
 PROPOSED PLAN.
  
 9) SHEET 29 SHOWS THE LANDSCAPE PLANTING AREAS ON THE
 NORTH SIDE OF FERN STREET; HOWEVER, IT NEEDS TO SHOW
 THE DIMENSION FROM THE WESTERN EDGE OF THE EXCAVATION
 FOR HANDHOLE 25+32 TO THE EASTERN EDGE OF THE TREE PIT.
 THE STRUCTURAL SOIL, WHICH EXTENDS 10 FEET FROM THE
 CENTER OF THE TREE PIT MAY NOT BE DISTURBED.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE CITY HAS APPROVED PLANS FOR A NEW
 PROJECT TO BE LOCATED AT 515 FERN. HANDHOLE 25+32
 APPEARS TO CONFLICT WITH THE NEW STREETSCAPE. PLEASE
 CONTACT STAFF FOR A COPY OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SO THAT
 THE HANDHOLE CAN BE SHIFTED TO AVOID BOTH AVOID THE
 CURRENT TREE PIT AND THE FUTURE LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
 10) BASED ON THE PLANS APPROVED WITH THE 515 FERN
 STREET PROJECT (NORTH SIDE OF FERN STREET, EAST HALF OF
 BLOCK) THE SUBMITTED SHEET 29 FAILS TO SHOW ALL OF THE
 UTILITIES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FERN STREET. THIS AREA
 INCLUDES FPL, FPU, AT&T AND SPRINT LINES. THE PROPOSED
 BORE AND HANDHOLE 22+13 DIRECTLY CONFLICT WITH THESE
 UTILITIES. YOU MUST PROVIDE A LETTER OF NO OBJECTION
 FROM THESE UTILITY PROVIDERS BASED ON YOUR PROPOSED
