 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) BUILDING PROVISO: SHEET S.002 HAS HEADING DEALING
 WITH WELDING & STRUCTURAL STEEL FOR THE PROJECT. WELDED
 OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS. THIS BUILDING CONTAINS EITHER
 BOLTED AND OR WELDED CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS &
 WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED STANDARDS AT TIME OF
 INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON THE JOB-SITE
 WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.
 THE OWNER MAY JUST HIRE A 3RD PARTY ENGINEERING FIRM TO
 COMPLETE AND APPROVE THE FORMER INSPECTIONS. REPORTS
 SUBMITTED TO BUILDING INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAMING
 INSPECTION.

 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING (SHOP DRAWING STAMP OF
 APPROVAL) BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 61G15-30.003 ENGINEERING DOCUMENT CLASSIFICATION. FL
 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD
 THE DELEGATED ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER OF
 RECORD FOR REVIEW.
  
 2C) BUILDING PROVISO: IDENTIFY GLAZING/ MULLIONS.
 PLEASE IDENTIFY IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE
 SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION
 TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH
 GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT,
 SILL HEIGTH, TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF
 UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED,
 ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING
 SIZE. 2020 FBC-B 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND
 DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED
 MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING
 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE
 CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN
 THE TESTS.
  
 2D) BUILDING PROVISO: 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION
 1405.4. FLASHINGS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE PERIMETERS
 OF EXTERIOR DOORS & WINDOW ASSEMBLIES. WHEN
 SELF-ADHERED MEMBRANES ARE USED AS FLASHINGS IN WALL
 ASSEMBLIES, THOSE SELF-ADHERED FLASHINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH AAMA-711.
 2E) BUILDING PROVISO: ROOFING: FOR ALL ROOFING PRODUCTS
 PLEASE IDENTIFY ALL ROOFING SUB-SYSTEMS AND THEIR
 ASSOCIATED PRESSURES FOR ROOF ZONE # 1. REVIEW THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL LIMITATIONS, IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS
 ALLOWED FOR ROOF ZONES 2 & 3. FASTENER DENSITIES SHALL
 BE INCREASED FOR BOTH INSULATION & THE BASE SHEET AS
 CALCULATED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ROOFING APPLICATION
 STANDARDS RAS 117. CALCULATION PREPARED, SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR
 REGISTERED ARCHITECT. 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS &

 PATIO AREA MAY IN THE FUTURE COME IN UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT TO COVER THIS AREA. SINCE THIS IS A LARGE AREA
 PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 3105.3.2 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE
 DEALING WITH FABRIC AWNINGS OR FABRIC-COVERED FRAMES
 SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AREA OF THE BUILDING TO WHICH IT
 IS ATTACHED.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
