 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1) THERE ARE INDICATIONS "NEW VINYL FLOORS THROUGHOUT",
 BUT NO INDICATIONS OF A MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATION
 SHEET NOR A PRODUCT NAME FOR THE PROPOSED VINYL
 FLOORING.
  
 VINYL FLOORING IS MANUFACTURED AROUND THE WORLD BUT NOT
 ALL ARE TESTED AND MEETING LISTED AND NFPA STANDARDS.
  
 PER NFPA 101, CH 30
  
 30.3.3.3 INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH.
 30.3.3.1 GENERAL. INTERIOR FINISH SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 10.2.
  
 10.2.7.2* FLOOR COVERINGS, OTHER THAN CARPET FOR WHICH
 10.2.2.2
 ESTABLISHES REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRE PERFORMANCE, SHALL
 HAVE A
 MINIMUM CRITICAL RADIANT FLUX OF 0.1 W/CM2.
  
 FOR THE OFFICIAL RECORD, PLEASE PROVIDE THE VINYL
 FLOORING NAME AND THE PRODUCT SPEC SHEETS INDICATING
 THE FIRE BEHAVIOR RATING.
  
 IF THE PROPOSED FLOORING IS PORCELAIN/CERAMIC TILE,
 NATURAL STONE TILE, CONCRETE TILES, PRODUCT SPEC SHEETS
 WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED.
  
 PRODUCT SPEC SHEETS ARE REQUIRED FOR LVT, VINYL
 FLOORING, WOOD/VINYL LAMINATES, ETC.
  
  
  
 2) THERE IS AN INDICATION OF BATHROOM WORK THAT MAY
 EFFECT FIRE RATED TENANT/CORRIDOR SEPARATION WALLS.
  
 PER NFPA 1
  
 1.7.12 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
  
 1.7.12.1 THE AHJ SHALL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REQUIRE
 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH
 APPLICABLE CODES AND STANDARD
  
 ENSURE FIRE RATED TENANT/CORRIDOR SEPARATION WALLS
 ARE MAINTAINED & REPAIRED IF DAMAGED.
  
 IF AN APPLICABLE RATED WALL, PLEASE PROVIDE AN
 APPLICABLE NOTE OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT.
  
  
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE PLAN SHEET
 REVISION CLOUDS OR NUMBERED NARRATIVE RESPONSES TO THE
 ABOVE.
  
  
 4) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE PROVIDED ON THE
 RE-SUBMITTAL OF THE ABOVE.
