 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
 1) SHEET A2-0 SHOWS DINING WITH 5 TABLES AND 14 CHAIRS
 + 4 SEATS AT COUNTER BUT NO ACCESSIBLE SEATING. 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE
 PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST
 5 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES (18 X 0.05= 0.9 OR 1
 SEAT TO BE ACCESSIBLE) AND STANDING SPACES AT THE
 DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 2)(A) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2)(B) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ACCESSIBLE ENTRY/ EXIT INTO
 THE TENANT SPACE THERE IS ONLY 3 FEET 3 INCHES FROM THE
 INSIDE OF THE DOOR EXISTING WALKWAY TO THE REFRIGERATOR
 WALL. PLEASE REVIEW 2020 FBC-ACCESS. CODE FIGURE
 404.2.4.1.
