 EXISTING DRIVEWAY SHOWN ON SURVEY DOES NOT MATCH IMAGES
 FROM GOOGLE AND AERIAL PHOTOS. PROVIDE PERMIT NUMBER OF
 DRIVEWAY PERMIT THAT ALTERED DRIVEWAY FROM TWO CONCRETE
 LINEAR SLABS TO AN ALSPHALT DRIVEWAY. IF THIS PERMIT IS
 TO LEGALIZE THE DRIVEWAY BEING PROPOSED, MENTION THAT
 ON SURVEY.
